We've already got our slaves managed by puppet, we should create a separate class for our masters. Some will be shared: passwords, buildbot, a few other things, but there's enough different that we can't just subscribe to the same thing as the slaves. We've got few masters, so it's not super super urgent, but we should do it sooner rather than later.
