Build 2000815 doesn't have this problem, so it must be new.

As the testcase shows this is a parsing bug. So reassiging. I see it with a
debug build under Win98 20000901 and do not see it with a regular build
20000702.

I am also seeing this (linux cvs 09/05), so confirming.
