On accessing this URL I get an error page containing the following
text:

*** You are not authorized to use this function. Please make sure you
    have configured any software that may block an HTTP referer string
    from being passed (ie. Norton Internet Security). ***

I've got a firewall running on my Internet-facing computer (using
Shorewall on Ubuntu Linux).  But it doesn't write anything to the
syslog (as it normally does when it blocks traffic).  And I'm quite
sure I don't have anything running (including Shorewall) that inspects
network traffic (and changes it) at such a high level (that of http
packets).
