l10n dep builds shouldn't upload with --release-to-tinderbox-dated-builds

When bug 480081 landed in production it flipped the l10nDatedDir switch to True. While we need this for the nightly updates, it also caused dep builds to go into dated directories, which happens in this block http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbotcustom/file/tip/process/factory.py#l1430.
I *think* that we should always be using --release-to-tinderbox-builds in all cases for l10n dep builds - what do others think?

Sounds cool to me. Requires a bit of communication and could go into our documentation sprint, but the concept seems right.
Naming apart, death to tinderbox. ;-)
