Details

Steps to reproduce: 1) Created a web app, in this case for thesixtyone.com. 2) Verify that only one menu item is available in the OS X menu bar at the top of the screen. In my case, this menu item was named "thesixtyone" and contains the normal choices: "About thesixtyone," "Preferences," etc... 3) Minimize the app by clicking on the minimize button (-) but keep the app focused, i.e. don't switch to another app by clicking, etc. 4) Notice that the full app menu bar from the source app (firefox) is now visible at the top, i.e. in addition to the "thesixtyone" menu item visible before, I now also see "File," "Edit," "View," "History," etc... Expected Results: The app menu bar items should be consistent whether the app is minimized or not. Possibly related to bug 494234? Using: Prism 1.0b2 extension Firefox 3.5.2 (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2)
I had a similar experience and took it farther, I am submitting this comment through a tab within my prism application. And can add tabs through the menu options or through shortcut keys.
Prism isn't maintained anymore. Mass closing of the bugs.
