Details
When a test is done and data is ready to be sent, user should be prompted for one of the following actions: * Send data now. * Cancel test, opt-out, do not send data. * Examine data before sending (which should bring up a window or tab showing exactly what data will be transmitted.) * "Decide Later" (do we need this?)
If user opts-out of sending data, we should ask them why.
