510416 - Frequent "unresponsiveness" after typing a URL

If I type a URL and then press enter, frequently the awesomebar sits there waiting (I presume) for results to be returned from the places query that has begun running. This can often result in a multi-second wait before firefox even begins loading the URL in question. (The cursor remains, blinking, in the URL bar.)

If we aren't immediately cancelling the places query that's running when the user presses enter, we should be. And if we can't cancel it, we should let it run to completion in the background, and then throw out the results.
