In safe mode and in normal mode, the "For Internet Explorer Users" menu item is present.

It links to http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Windows%20start%20page?as=u

but results in a Page Not Found

Safe mode does not allow for use of extensions, and DOM Inspector is now an extension.

In normal mode the For Internet Explorer Users menuitem still lacks an ID.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.

Yeah, there is no page for the internet explorer users anymore, probably a sumo issue though
