new icon
I think the addrbook.gif ison needs some love. We could at least add some
transparency to the existing icon, that's better than nothing. Currently, it
looks quite bad if the icon is against a non-white background.
I made a png of the existing one and manually made the white pixels in the
outer areas transparent.

Neil, please ignore the icon part in the patch. As you pointed out, that icon has some semi-transparency...

Given all the trouble you've had applying transparency to your PNG, I thought it might be easier if we stick with a transparent GIF for now; PNG can wait until we get our icon refresh of all the addressbook icons.
