User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1) Build Identifier: firefox 3.5.2 i today updated firefox on my new computer and after update it failed to start. i also ubninstalled it, deleted all the folder and the registry and re-downloaded fron the mozilla website, still the same firefox 3.5.2 fails to staer. it shows as a process in the task manager but remains there for hours. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.update firefox 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 2. 3. Actual Results: update firefox 3.5.q tp firefox 3.5.2 and start it again...it doesnot start

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
