Firefox 3.5 have lost ability to switch symbol encoding table (codepages) for FTP sites. In example URL it is visible on last shared file. FTP server have UTF-8 encoding but Firefox use cp1251 and it is impossible to switch into another.
I guess Forefox 3.0 has not such problems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any public or private FTP site.
2. Try to change current symbols encoding table (codepage) thru Firefox menu.
3.
Actual Results:
Previous choosen codepage still selected.

Expected Results:
New codepage selected.
