Currently, when the user opens a new tab, we switch them to a new blank white page.  Given that they're opening the new tab in order to go somewhere, we _know_ that their next step is going to be to click on the titlebar; we should not make them have to do this themselves.  Instead, we should bring up the awesomescreen automatically.  (The desktop firefox analog of this is the fact that when you create a new tab, we focus the URL bar)

Ideally, we would also have bug 477707, so that we don't disorient the user when all this happens, but we should do what in this bug regardless.
