Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. no chance to open a second browser window 2. 3. Actual Results: i de-installed mozilla and new installed it also. no changes happened. i made a systemwiederherstellung for one week earlier, but the problem still is there. Expected Results: i want to use my mozilla like i did before. with several windows and within them several tabs. working the normal way like before when double clicking on mozilla opening a new browser window. or when pressing file ... then opening a new window ... that there will be a new browser window
Please do basic troubleshooting like: - Firefox's safe-mode to exclude extension/theme problems - a new profile - a reinstall in a new empty folder (especially needed after a system restore) http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile
