Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. File -> Page Setup...: Modify e.g. Headers & Footers. 2. File -> Print: Choose a printer that is not your default. 3. Select Print. Actual Results: Printout does not conform to modified page setup. Expected Results: Printout should conform to modified page setup.
