Details

In the test case above the first paragraph is printed on the top of the page, followed by whitespace to the end of the page.  On the second page only some of the paragraphs are printed, but not all of them.

Pretty sure that the text should start after the first paragraph without all the white space.
I can reproduce with trunk Linux build.
