The drop down menu is blank. Same drop down works fine when creating new shipment (as opposed to return). Also had the same problem in latest stable release of Seamonkey and IceWeasal. Works fine with Internet Explorer, leadign me to believe a Mozilla issue. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Log-in to Fedex.com account 2.Choose Prepare Shipment 3.Under Prepare shipment choose CREATE RETURN SHIPMENT 4. Attempt to fill out shipment unable to select STATE under RETURN FROM Actual Results: Nothing to choose from Expected Results: should have whole list of states, just like IE If needed, I may be able to provide our Fedex account via private message if a developer needs it to be able to fix this problem, obviously would need some sort of guarantee that they are not going to be shipping stuff to their Grandma on our account.

I'm not seeing where to 'CREATE RETURN SHIPMENT'? I can go to 'Create a shipment' (aka 'Prepare Shipment') & on that page all the drop down dialogs work as expected; From State, To State, Service type, Package type, Ship date (a popup), Credit card type, & Expiration date. WFM, SeaMonkey 2.0.14 & 2.1rc1.

(What a PITA. You can sign up, you can log in, but depending upon the account "type" you selected, you may or may not have a 'Create Return Shipment'. I did not. Once I assigned an "Account No." to my account then the 'Prepare Shipment' tab has a dropdown arrow, of which one selection is 'Create Return Shipment'.) Nonetheless ... WFM. All fields can be populated, dropdown boxes work, popup calendars work.
