Scrollbars change size when zooming page by Ctrl+/- (Modern theme only?)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Modern theme
2. Press Ctrl+/-
3. See scrollbars changed size
Actual Results:
Scrollbars change size according to content size
Expected Results:
Scrollbars shouldn't change size

This happens with Modern and any theme that doesn't use native theming of scrollbars and is known as bug 401213
