512673 - Move platform files out of vmpi, mmgc, jit, and other directories

Platform files should be in the platform/ directory uniformly.  This aids porting in various situations.

Quoting Kenichi:

"Although the priority of this is not high, it's better to reorganize the code.

Some customers, especially for mobile, use a proprietary platform. Such customers have to modify the platform dependent code in FlashRuntime to fit to their platform's APIs. Ideally "the platform independent code" and "the platform dependent code" should be separated explicitly under this situation, because customers can easily identify which codes they have to port.

I think it's also worth while to reorganize it, because the portability of avmplus itself will be improved. This may be helpful when we add other reference platforms in the future."
