Currently there's no option "RUN" in the download popup for e. g. EXE-files.
(Currently you can only save or cancel.)

Please provide such an option
(like the Addon "OpenDownload"

or e. g. the Internet Explorer do).

Should be standard in FF form my point of view and would make things easier.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to download e. g. an exe-file
2. wait for the download-popup
3. there's no button for "run" (only for save and cancel)
