firefox wont open when there is two people on a network with the same login in a domain server enviroment where everybody boots off or the server using windows pro

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefox on one computer
2. use the same login to open on anouther computer
3. get error message "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart the process.
Actual Results:  
Firefox doesn't open i just press ok.

Expected Results:  
Firefox opens, then cake aprears (just kidding, just firefox opens)

the server is windows server 2003 for small buisness.
