We have a lot of somewhat-noisy code in nanojit that handles log-formatting. Check to see if there's enough of this to warrant moving into a formatting file that's independently compiled, possibly with some helper objects such as RAII'ed guards for printing begin/end pairs that follow control flow.

(This bug is the nanojit-specific companion for TM bug 513339; code that's pulled out in nanojit has to live in a nanojit-specific file)
