ICAPI.h is obsolete, we need to use the new API files. Take a look at the bug 51368 for more details.

Oh I see how this works for most people now. ICAPI.h is in the WASTE distribution in MacOS support. You must be missing this, waqar. I'll fix this along with 51368.

Yeah, I dont have that in my build environment. Since it is not required for mozilla build, I did not install it.
