Details

Roc's Compositor work reorganized how Mozilla interacts with the operating system. This broke the Thinkpad Trackpoint driver's scrolling ability because it depends on the internal arrangement of our window structures. In Bug 507222 we inserted a hack into our windowing code to continue to be able to scroll. This bug is about contacting Lenovo et. al. to have them fix the driver so that we can remove the hack eventually.
