Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the netscape 6.
2. Go to Edit and select Preferences.
3. Select Modern under Themes.
4. Look at "My Sidebar, there is a 'Tab' button, the arrow near the 
   tab button should point to the right rather than up.
NOTE: It works fine on the classic skin. This occurs in all platforms
and build: 2000-09-05-08-M18).

work ok on the linux and windows (2000-09-29-09-NN6) and also work 
ok on the mac as well (2000-09-29-09-MN6).
