Plugins can't be disabled when DownThemAll! is enabled in addons

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install newest Fx from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-central-win32/
2. install newest nightly DTA from http://code.downthemall.net/nightly/trunk/
3. try disable plugins with enabled DTA
Actual Results:  
Plugins can't be disabled

Expected Results:  
I want to have option to disable some plugins

Does anything show in the error console when you try to disable a plugin?

aww my bad... ;p
I can disable plugins, but on next Fx restart all disabled plugins are enabled...

And is there an error in the console upon restarting?  Does this happen on a new profile?  How about a new profile with DTA and its default settings?  Has anyone reported this to DTA because it is most likely thier bug but there have been changes recently to how the java plugin is treated so something may have regressed.  DTA could also be relying on something that isn't so anymore.
