Summary: SUMO: [IE 6] Little search box gets pushed to the bottom of the page

Steps to Reproduce:
Set-up: On Windows use IE 6.0

1. go to http://support-stage.mozilla.org
2. enter a search field such as 'history' in the 'Search the Knowledge Base'
   box and hit enter
3. it will take you to page, http://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-newsearch.php?where=f&locale=en-US&q=history
4. scroll down and notice the little search box. It is pushed to the bottom of the page and the text, 'Search the knowledge base' on the search box gets cut-off

I've seen this and similar issues happen when a closing tag is missing or there is an extra one.
