This might be as simple as MOZ_DEBUG_SYMBOLS not being set in the mozconfig.

Indeed, MOZ_DEBUG_SYMBOLS=1 is not set:

nor in
http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/tip/mozilla2/win32/mozilla-central/xulrunner/mozconfig

and probably every other branch, too.

It is difficult to track if all branches have been covered and I get the feeling that some like linux/{named branches} do not show because they might have the symlinks you mentioned in the other bug. r+ assuming that it covers all branches.

Both production masters have been reconfig-ed with this change.
