This enhancement request was formerly bugsplat bug 351217.

Uncouple the implementation of the SSL client and session caches from
the implementation of SSL.  Permit the cache implementations to be 
replaced, externally.  Allow separate client and server session cache 
implementations.  

Possibly: Make client and session caches different subclasses
of a set of cache objects.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: --- → Future
Change target fix version for all "stan" RFEs to "Future".
