Earlier, a single mouse scroll button scrolled 5 lines of text, now it scrolls half a page at once. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Open any long enough web page and try scrolling it using mouse. Actual Results: Scrolling will be excessively fast. Expected Results: Sane scrolling.
