Details
Reorganize the js source directory so that js/src is moved to js/, and js/src/xpconnect is moved to js/xpcom.
As part of bug 469718 I would like to move js/tests to js/src/tests so that the tests Makefile.in file is processed properly with the autoconf build system. The tests will end up back under js/ after this bug is fixed.

It may be useful to put the trace-tests somewhere in the same tree.
