Right now, the "For more information about browser plugins" link goes to https://pfs.mozilla.org/plugins/ which redirects to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7
The AMO page is suboptimal for many reasons (giant Firefox banner, Windows/Linux downloads, incompatible plug-ins, etc.), so we should send users who visit about:plugins somewhere more friendly.
We can do this simply by changing the link string and link URL in global-region_locale_region_properties.strings(.in) and pointing that to our existing website documentation on plug-ins.
