Yes, but this should wait until the SeaMonkey 2.0 Release-Repository was branched, see: Bug 504283#c3
I will submit an Patch than, but sure feel free to submit one by yourself if you like.

1) Tobias is no owner/peer and can't review this.
2) We don't want this change right now. latest-comm-central-trunk is experimental and not really supported, the official nightlies are comm-1.9.1 as long as 2.0 is not released.
We can take this patch after branching of comm-central, though.
