The Windows CE .cab installer we're providing to NVidia uses a fast start process to keep Firefox in memory and speed up first-window open time. We should add support for this stuff to the nightly builds (probably need .cab nightlies going first?).

Sorry, may have put you wrong by mentioning 511662. We're not setting --enable-faststart in the mozconfig nor packaging the files that produces.

Bug 511984 will make it work on WinCE (code wise and packaging), so lets use this bug for the mozconfig change.
