User-Agent: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; de) Presto/2.2.15 Version/10.00
Build Identifier: Prism 1.0b2 with Firefox 3.5.3
While loading a SSL protected site with an unknown certificate issuer, you normally can press 'Add Exception' and download and accept the certificate in the following dialog.
Under Windows 2000 and Prism 1.0b2 that dialog does not appear after pressing the 'Add Excpetion' Button.
Prism 1.0b2 is used as a add-on in Firefox 3.5.3.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a https site with an unknown certificate issuer
2. Click 'Add Exception' Button
3. Now the next dialog should appear, but it doesn't
Actual Results:
nothing happens
Expected Results:
The certificate import dialog should appear
same procedure works fine under Windows XP

As described by the OP, the "add exception" button on the "Untrusted Connection" page does not work.
Firefox 4.0.1
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
In my case when i press "Add exception", add security exception windows appears, but it says that the site provides valid certificate and there is no need to add it to exception. But i know that it is untrusted.
Windows 7 enterprise 32 bit
Firefox 4.0.1

I have the same issue with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0a2) Gecko/20110923 Firefox/8.0a2 and any other versions of Firefox both from Fedora packages as well as with the binaries from mozilla.org.
