clicking on "go up" button in the filepicker sometimes crushes the browser app while browsing for a bookmark file to import

Went File->Import Bookmarks to invoke the filepicker. change dir to 1.Used
Bookmarks->Manage bookmarks menu item to start the bookmartk manager app.
2.Used Bookmarks->Manage bookmarks menu item to start the bookmartk manager app.
3.Then double-clicked 'plugins', clicked on '..' button, the again
double-clicked on 'plugins' again and clicked on '..' button again.
Got segmentation fault.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results: Segmentation fault

This was verified fixed about a week ago and works in more recent builds.
