when I drag a tab from a window with multiple tabs to my second monitor it opens it in a new window on my first monitor instead of opening it on the second monitor in a new window and then I have to drag the window on the second monitor instead of it already being there

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open two or more tabs in firefox
2. drag one tab to the second monitor
Actual Results:  
tab opens in a new window on the first monitor

Expected Results:  
should open directly on the second monitor

I think this is a problem in windows too not just os x and I know not many people have multiple monitor setup but still.. also, it's annoying that I have to change my main monitor to the one I want to play full screen video from websites like youtube to make full screen display properly, to fill the screen, not sure firefox can do anything about it though
