We're planning to do a lot of work on DXR and need to co-ordinate it.  We'd like to do this work in bugzilla, and need a DXR component, perhaps WebTools:DXR?  Can you please create one for us?
Need a description to use.
What about:

"A web-based source code indexing and cross-reference tool that uses semantic data from static analysis tools."

I'm not sure how much info you need, is this enough?
