Details |
Currently negative responses are not cached at all, and positive responses are written to the database but might not be available immediately to pending requests for hash completions. Firefox should cache all gethash responses in memory between download requests

This might've been implemented in the SafeBrowsing backend rewrite. Would need to recheck the code which caches were added/kept.
