Attachment: Patch v1

This patch applies to the 1.9.1 branch and needs some small updates for trunk but works with each version of Firefox. It adds a new SearchAPI which I will use for all the other search engine tests.

Had to push a follow-up fix because of differences between OS X and Linux/Windows. I'm surprised that it passed before.

Mass move of Mozmill Test related project bugs to newly created components. You can filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.
