Details

It looks like pixman might be causing trouble on Windows according to Purify. We should build it on linux and check it under valgrind.
We still probably want a way to use gfxImageSurface for all rendering, though it becomes less relevant as we move closer to using Skia for rendering. I find it hard to believe we don't have this as a dup, though!
