519246 - Autosave name for Certificates Exceptions table is "cookie_exceptions"

When the table view is selected in the Exceptions sheet in the Security prefs, you can see that the autosave name is "cookie_exceptions" instead of "certificate_exceptions" (the panel itself has an autosave name of "certifcate_overrides"; none of the other panels seem to have autosave names).

Yeah, there's no reason for the panel to have an autosave name; apparently I had the wrong element selected when I edited that :P

Removes the autosave name from the panel and sets the right autosave name (certificate_exception_list) on the table so changes to this table stop stomping changes to the cookies exceptions table. (Note I had the name wrong in the previous comments due to not my "scrolling" the small field to see the whole name.)
