Details |
In the attachment to follow, the table cell's block is returning a max element
size that it doesn't honor during the resize reflow. This was discovered in
one of the attachments to bug 33137.

this bug is getting fixed as a side effect of fixing 18754. When the fix for
bug 18754 is checked in, this will also be fixed.
