Action items from 2009-09-23 status meeting: * Prior to re-enabling on the UI, verify the data make sense. * Do we want to just show CSV link and chart w/o drill down and metadata? * Find a way to eliminate outliers (really large values for uptime, really small or 0 numbers -- and delete items that are impossible) * improve UI * understand how to fix MTBF first before reenabling
