This is especially useful if the user happens to change the zoom level accidentally (e.g. by pressing ctrl + scroll on a mouse or touchpad) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Change the zoom level very slightly using the mouse 2. 3. Actual Results: The zoom level is changed but sometimes the difference is so slight the user might not realise. However, this can heavily impact on how a web page is used
