Details

There's too much manual editing and mistakes with putting all our URL routing into an apache conf file. We should move to .htaccess files like AMO & mozilla.com.
We can try allowoverride all, but if we run in to performance issues we might need to go back to None.

Yeah, I also want to remove our no-cache headers and have the netscaler/zeus cache all pages for anonymous users.

No new pages incoming that we know of, using apache conf for now is fine by me.
