Up and reporting green to MozillaTest.

Still left to do:

- puppet installation?
- ensure all necessary fonts are installed
- double check vnc is correctly starting/screen resolution (had some difficulty getting this working initially)

Working on staging, need to build in the ability to not download symbols for linux64 builds as they have no symbol files generated.

Otherwise this is good to go.

We don't create symbols for linux64 builds, nor do we have plans to do so quickly.  This will allow us to test on linux64 without breaking during symboldownload and can be easily removed later when symbols become available.

I don't think that it is worth doing more major alterations to be able to turn on/off symbol use per-OS, as we should assume that symbol production will become a priority once we actually have talos testers up.

I believe that I've worked out the last of the set up issues (screen
resolution, vnc on restart, setting cpufreq governor to 'performance' on
reboot, etc).  I'll leave it up over the weekend and then we can do a little
clean up and get it imaged.
