52103 - [Classic] Selected popup menu item isn't fully highlighted

Build: 2000090820, Mac OS 9.0, Classic skin

In any popup menu, the highlight color applied to the hovered item does not fully 
extend to the right edge of the menu, if the item is also the selected one -- 
that is, if it has a bullet.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open any popup menu, such as a font popup menu in the prefs dialog.
* Scroll through the menu until you get to the currently selected item.
* Notice, as you mouse over the selected item, that the highlight color does not
  extend as far to the right as it does for every other item in the menu.

I screwed up, and this doesn't in fact WFM on Mac/rv0.9.2.

I'll check with the latest nightly and verify Patty's WFM.

I think this bug still exists, it's just masked by bug 117208. Reopening.

I still see this, but it should be fixed with the changes in bug 301105.

Yeah, what was left in here was fixed with the patch in bug 301105.
