We also need to come up with an update description for Camino 2.0 and have it ready for l10n when we RC.

For 1.6, we used the following text (parts coming from the relnotes, iirc):

<p>After nearly a year of hard work by devoted volunteers, the Camino Project is proud to give you Camino 1.6. This latest version includes many bug fixes and new features, providing all users with an improved browsing experience. Like Camino 1.5, this release displays web pages with Gecko 1.8.1, the same rendering engine used by the popular Firefox 2 web browser, and thus shares many of the security fixes and Gecko improvements that are in that version of Firefox.</p>

Piotr's Mac has been broken and he only has email access, so he emailed me the Polish text, which includes the 

<p>Unfortunately, the <lang> localization is not quite ready for Camino 2.0, but it will be available soon in Camino 2.0.1.</p>

text we'll use for languages that don't ship in 2.0 but which still have active l10n teams.  Currently that's Polish and Norwegian (which will have a more descriptive message, though; Erik can't find any reviewers to review his updated Norwegian translation, so we'll put out a call for them).

Also, for languages in 1.6.10 where the team is gone or missing, we'll send English text in their update descriptions, similar to the following:

<p>Camino is no longer available in <lang>, since no volunteer translators were available. To find out how to help translate Camino into your language, go <caminol10n>.</p>
