testcase

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a standalone image that is taller than your browser's viewport.
2. Ensure it is scaled down to fit in your browser's viewport.
3. Click near the bottom of the image (to zoom in to that part of the image).

Result: the top few pixels of the viewport, which used to be occupied by the image's top margin, show a piece of zoomed-out image rather than a piece of zoomed-in image.

Testing Firefox built from mozilla-central rev b0151b55ab6b+ on Mac.
