Sync styles of pages with and without left hand nav (for example, gray line at top of content area is applied inconsistently (see [http://www-stage.mozilla.org/community/ Community] and [http://www-stage.mozilla.org/projects/ Projects])

These aren't implemented yet but will be soon.  Feel free to reopen if there still seem to be inconsistencies when these changes go live.
